It's disease that doesn't harm our organs like cancer and other virus infective fatal disease but it has the capacity to ruin our mind's peace that make us hollow from inside. The people suffering from depression are neglected and avoided by the society due to the patient's sudden mood swings.That's why it takes a lot of courage to reveal your pain, suffering to anyone . Accepting the fact that yes i am also suffering from the depression becomes difficult. The writer SAHEEN BHAT has described her trauma, journey of depression in a soothing manner that makes us aware that it's ok if you are suffering from it.Every disease can be curable and it's certainly not a exception of it.
