Sometimes it's so awfully unfair that we become suffocated , depressed and feed of everyone, everything .That time life seems colour less, hope less and the worst outcome is we become suicidal.There is nothing that matters to us that time and life becomes dull . I guess you guys have already predicted the topic.Yes i am talking about depression ,the 21st century's modern disease . It's disease that doesn't harm our organs like cancer and other virus infective fatal disease but it has the capacity to ruin our mind's peace that make us hollow from inside. The people suffering from depression are neglected and avoided by the society due to the patient's sudden mood swings.That's why it takes a lot of courage to reveal your pain, suffering to anyone . Accepting the fact that yes i am also suffering from the depression becomes difficult. The writer SAHEEN BHAT has described her trauma, journey of depression in a soothing manner that makes us aware that it's ok if you are suffering from it.Every disease can be curable and it's certainly not a exception of it. I have never been unhappier's author has diagnosed of depression at the age of 18 .So bearing this pain from such a small age has given her a lot of things in her plate to write.So it's a most for those  person who wants a new hope  , techniques to fight back the depression and not afraid of saying yes i have suffered it and conquerd it.
