There is a famous quote from Gandhiji that  "In a gentle way ,you can shake the world".I  think non violence is his gentle way.                                                                                               I personally believe Gandhiji is not only my hero,he is my super hero.Because  he not only protect me from outerside by his non violence way but also protect me from the inner demon that reside in me (my anger). According to a research 2 hrs after an angry outerburst ,the chance of having  a heart attack doubles .
